High Voltage Silicon Stack (Low Frequency) is composed of multiple high voltage rectifier diodes (silicon particles) in series, and it is indispensible component for high voltage rectifying circuit from AC current into DC current. This Series of Diode Assembly are well-tailored with good characteristics of big forward current up to 20mA - 5,000mA, and is ideal for such applications as medical devices, ESD equipment etc. 
 
We provide a few kinds of packages as board series, cylinder series, cuboid series, wirelead seriesare, which is available for customer's easy usage and operation.
